Initially when I ordered this bag I wanted the black color but recieved the navy color. I emailed SutekiGifts about the wrong order and they immediately sent me instructions on how to return and exchange it for free. I waited a couple weeks for a response about my exchange and it turns out the black Ita bag was on back order and I had to wait an additional 2 weeks for it to arrive. While it took a month for my original bag to arrive, I had an amazing experience with the patient team members at SG.
My bag eventually arrived in the correct black color and it's gorgeous! It's my first large Ita tote bag and if I want to hide the "ita" window I can turn it over to show off the Maison de Fleur logo. There are inner compartments and a large interior lined with gingham cloth which zips all the way keeping all of my things secure. The ita window is also zippered keeping all of my plushies safe! It's a cute bag with a decent price and I'm happy to have a unique ita bag unlike the PU off-brand ones! 🌟
