Shipping costs will be calculated upon weight and size at check out. We offer flat rate shipping for contiguous US & Canada. Flat Rate shipping is available on US orders over $99.
Tracking information is included with all standard shipments with the exception of letter mail packages & Stallion Econ line.
US orders are shipped with USPS. Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post or Stallion Express Econ line. If you require express shipping, please leave a note on your order or email us after you have placed an order.
Note: Stallion Econ line shipping option is not able to ship to PO BOX address.
We are committed to shipping out your orders as soon as possible. Orders will be processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. Suggested shipping times for pre-order items are listed in the product's page.If an item is back-ordered, you will be notified of additional processing time.

DUTIES AND TAXES
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, we will not be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt if the product is returned to Suteki Gifts.
