How do I get free delivery in North America?
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100ย within Canada and the Contiguous United States. The "Free Shipping" option will be available at checkout once your cart meets the minimum requirement.
Why is my tracking not updating? (Is my package stuck?)
It is very common for tracking to pause briefly, especially during cross-border shipments. Because your package passes through multiple couriers (e.g., moving from our North American warehouse to Europe, Australia or Asia), it may not show a new scan until it physically lands with the last-mile courier.ย Please rest assured that "no update" does not mean your package has stopped moving; it is simply in transit between facilities!

How long will it take to get my order?
We typically process orders within 1โ2 business days. Once shipped:

- Canada: 3โ8 Business Days (via Canada Post or Stallion Express)

Will I have to pay duties or customs fees?
Canada & US: No! We cover customs clearance so your order arrives like a local shipment with no hidden fees.
International: Import taxes or customs fees may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Generally, yes! However, if you are in Canada and select Stallion Economy Line, we cannot deliver to a PO Box. Please provide a physical street address or choose a different shipping method for your order.
My order includes a Pre-Order item. When will it ship?
Your entire order will ship once the pre-order item arrives. Arrival dates are estimates and subject to manufacturing delays. If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
