Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order.
Tracking
All standard shipments include detailed tracking, except for letter mail and Stallion Econ Line packages.
Carriers
- USA Orders: Due to updated U.S. import regulations enacted in May 2025, all U.S. shipments containing goods made in China must be processed through Canada Post as the intermediary courier. These packages will then be handed over to USPS upon arrival in the U.S.
- To track your shipment, use the Canada Post tracking number we provide on the USPS website for the most up-to-date delivery status.

Will I pay duty at delivery? No—for orders shipped on/after Aug 26, we cover duty.
- Canada Orders: Shipped via Canada Post or Stallion Express Econ Line
- Express Shipping: If you need expedited delivery, leave a note at checkout or email us after placing your order.
Note: Stallion Econ Line cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Processing Time
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Pre-orders: Estimated shipping times are listed on each product page.
- Back-orders: We’ll notify you of any additional delays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Carrier processing delays

You’ll receive a tracking email once your package ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact our team.
Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Suteki Gifts is not liable for customs-related delays or charges.
If a package is returned due to unpaid duties or an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
