Refund policy

At Suteki Gifts, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Please review the terms below before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or a "change of mind." Returns are only authorized in the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item.

Return Window: Authorized returns must be initiated within 30 Days from the date of delivery.
Geographical Coverage: Orders shipped within Canada and the United States only.
Condition of Items: Authorized returns must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received them, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

2. How to Initiate an Authorized Return

Contact Us First: Email our Customer Service team at cs@sutekigifts.com within the return window. Please include your Order Number, photos of the issue, and the reason for the return.
Receive Instructions: We will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and the correct mailing address.
Ship the Item: Package the item securely. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

3. Refunds and Processing

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be issued and an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to post to your account.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded.

4. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are strictly Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances:

Pre-Orders: Any product listed with "Pre-order" in the title. These items are specially ordered in just for you.
Buyer's Remorse: Returns based on a "change of mind," finding a better price elsewhere, or simply not liking the item.
Personalized/Customized Items: Any product made specifically for you.
Gift Cards
Clearance/Sale Items.

5. Damages, Defects, and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at cs@sutekigifts.com.

Reporting Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report damages or issues.
We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, if necessary.

6. Order Cancellation and Edits

Cancellation & Restocking Fee: If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately. Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been processed for shipping. All approved cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover administrative and transaction processing costs.
Edits: Once an order is processed, we cannot edit items, variants, or quantities. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your purchase.

7. Undeliverable/Returned to Sender Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to pick up the package, or other reasons marked "undeliverable":

We will contact you to arrange a re-shipment.
A new shipping fee will apply to send the order out a second time.
Alternatively, we can issue a refund for the merchandise, minus the original shipping cost and the 15% restocking fee.

8. Lost Packages

Once your order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, Suteki Gifts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

Checking with neighbors or building management.
Contacting the local post office or carrier immediately to file a claim.
If you are concerned about package safety, please consider a shipping option that requires a signature at delivery.
