Refund policy

At Suteki Gifts, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we've made our return process simple and straightforward.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Detail Policy
Return Window 7 Days from the date of delivery.
Geographical Coverage Orders shipped within Canada and the United States only.
Condition of Items Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received them. All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
Exclusions Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned (see Section 4).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Email our Customer Service team at cs@sutekigifts.com within the 7-day window. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will review your request and provide you with detailed return instructions and the correct return mailing address.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service as we cannot process a refund for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

3. Refunds and Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be issued and an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to post to your account, depending on your bank.
  • Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded.

4. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are always considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized/Customized Items: Any product made specifically for you.
  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance/Sale Items (clearly marked on the product page).

5. Damages, Defects, and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at cs@sutekigifts.com.

  • Reporting Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report damages or issues.
  • We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, if necessary.

6. Order Cancellation and Edits

  • Cancellation: We can only honor cancellation requests if your order has not yet been processed for shipping. Contact us immediately; we will do our best to catch it.
  • Edits: Once an order is processed, we cannot edit items or quantities. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your purchase.

7. Undeliverable/Returned to Sender Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to pick up the package, or other reasons marked "undeliverable":

  • We will contact you to arrange a re-shipment.
  • A new shipping fee will apply to send the order out a second time.
  • Alternatively, we can issue a refund for the merchandise, minus the original shipping cost.

8. Lost Packages

Once your order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, Suteki Gifts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management.
  • Contacting the local post office or carrier immediately to file a claim.
  • If you are concerned about package safety, please consider a shipping option that requires a signature at delivery.
